beingDAD: Connect With a Dad Who’s Been There

Dads are crucially important to pregnancy and parenthood. The journey can feel overwhelming for men too, and trying to handle everything alone is difficult. Having support makes a huge difference. ZoeCare’s beingDAD program connects you with a dad who has already walked this road, giving you someone to offer guidance, encouragement, and real-life insight as you navigate pregnancy, fatherhood, and relationships.

Doctor Dad: Practical Skills for New Fathers

Becoming a dad means learning a whole new set of skills. Doctor Dad is a hands-on online course that teaches you what you need to know to care for your partner during pregnancy and your baby after birth. Through a series of videos and teaching, you’ll learn from experienced dads and medical professionals in a judgement-free environment where no question is too basic.

What Will I Learn In Doctor Dad?

You’ll get hands-on training in caring for your pregnant partner, calming a crying baby, diapering, feeding, taking temperatures, baby-proofing and more. These are real life skills you’ll use from day one.

How Long Does the Course Take?

You can take it at your own pace, but it typically takes around 6 total hours.

Is this Only for First Time Dads?

No. Whether this is your first child or your seventh, Doctor Dad helps you build confidence and learn skills that make fatherhood less overwhelming and more rewarding.
