Let’s Clear Things Up

Frequently Asked Questions Get the Answers You’ve Been Looking For

Do I have to pay for any of ZoeCare's services?

All of ZoeCare’s services are completely free. We believe every person deserves compassionate care regardless of their financial situation.

Do I need to make an appointment, or can I walk in?

We recommend scheduling an appointment to make the best use of your time, but we welcome walk-ins too. You can call us, or request an appointment online – whatever is easiest for you.

Is my visit kept private?

Absolutely. Your privacy matters to us. ZoeCare is completely HIPPA compliant. What you share with us stays with us, and we want you to feel completely safe and comfortable from the moment you walk through our door. We will never share your medical information without your consent (or as required by law).

Do I have to be a patient to access ZoeCare's support programs?

Several of our programs, including beingDAD and Mom2Mom, are open to anyone in the community, no appointment or patient status required. Other services, such as our Sweet Cheeks diaper program, life coaching, and mental health assistance is only open to patients or those currently engaged in other support programs.

Does ZoeCare have services for men too?

Yes! A partner advocate will meet with partners of pregnancy patients to offer resources, answer questions, and offer support. We offer beingDAD and Doctor Dad programs that are specifically designed for expectant dads, offering mentoring, resources, and even free diapers for participants. In addition, our STI testing services are available to men.
